Our team’s education includes bachelor degrees from colleges such as Brown University in biology, zoology and animal ethology as well as many certifications from respected organizations such as the Karen Pryor Academy, the Certification Council of Professional Dog Trainers, Animal Behavior College, ATLAS Assistance Dogs, Fear Free Pets, the American Kennel Club, and many more!
These certifications require hundreds of hours of experience & mentorship. They also involve passing written & observed exams.

More importantly, we value quality over quantity because even years of experience could mean years of doing it wrong. Ethical & Safe
Some families wait to begin training because they fear it will be unpleasant for their dog. You don’t have to worry about that with us. Every step of training will be fun for all involved, while immediately relieving you of your stress and worry. Our team recognizes that training doesn’t have to be (and shouldn’t be) painful or scary in order to be effective. We will never use tools such as shock collars, prong collars, choke chains, or other punishment-based devices on your dog. Our training methods are well-supported with scientific research and have zero risk of fallout.

By working with us, you get access to a huge variety of services designed to meet your needs and create a community of support. One of such services are our Hikes and Sniffspot Adventures with Clickstart, which are exclusive & affordable opportunities for continued socialization and training. We offer several specific types of group classes including: Nosework, Patio Pup, three distinct levels of AKC Trick Dog, and more. We also have special relationships with local veterinarians and dog sitting companies that get you priority access to their more personal services such as Victory Visits and in-home overnight care.

Training doesn’t need to cost thousands of dollars and you don’t need to send your dog away to bootcamp! If a trainer is ever offering a “guarantee” of behavior that comes with a large price tag - run, don’t walk, away. There is never a guarantee when it comes to the behavior of a living being. We work with you, in the dogs home, to establish a routine and training plan that is achievable, effective and sustainable for your family. Thanks to our large team, we are able to offer very competitive pricing and more affordable types of group services. We also provide free and low-cost information via our Instagram and Patreon pages.
